Baby Sweater 1/28 Day

Ready to learn easy sweater construction? The best way is to make a baby sweater! This two-part class will guide you through top-down raglan construction. You will learn how to read the pattern, set-up your stitches for top-down increases, and get oriented with the top-down method.

Choose to make the 0-6 months, 6-12 month, or 1-2 year size. (If you would like to make a larger size, that is fine, but you will need to do a lot more knitting for homework between classes.)

Materials
A printed out copy of the Flax sweater by Tin Can Knits (FREE!)
US 6-16" circular needles AND double pointed needles.
240 (0-6), 280 (6-12), 340 (1-2 years) yards of yarn in worsted weight (or heavy DK). Recommended yarn: Jojoland Tempo, Madelinetosh Vintage, Malabrigo Rios, Madelinetosh Farm Twist.
